Care Instructions

Gently cut netting with scissors to remove braid without injury to bulbs. Find the little string hook on the back of the braid and hang in a cool, dry place, preferably out of direct heat and sunlight.

Cooking with Garlic

Twist off one bulb at a time, working from top to bottom - the bulbs at the bottom have the longest stems so they will stay fresh the longest (about nine months to a year).

Fun Facts

Legend has it, Egyptian pharaohs gave garlic to their pyramid-builders for strength. Each bulb is packed with potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, selenium, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and Vitamin C.
